How to register

Terms of Participation (short version):

Terms of participation in general remain as in the years before: we have no specific guidelines regarding running time, genre or format. But: The films must not exceed 2.500 Euro per minute of running time.

For the first time, this year we will differentiate between the categories “No Budget” and “Low Budget”. Screening formats for the categories “No Budget” and “Low Budget” are DVD and MiniDV/DV. „Low Budget“-productions can as well be presented as 35mm- or 16mm-copies. Additional formats are possible by agreement.
